📦 Shipping Information

🇺🇸 Domestic Orders

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). (If you ordered during a Promotion, ex T-Mobile, please see Promotional Shipping Policy)

  • Shipping Method:
    All domestic orders ship via USPS Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order leaves our facility.
    (Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.)

  • Shipping Rate:
    Flat rate shipping of $6.99 for all domestic orders.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.


🌍 International Orders

  • Processing Time:
    Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Method & Delivery:
    Orders ship via USPS or partner international carriers. Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs or local postal services.

  • Shipping Rate:
    Flat fee of $20

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes:
    You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees once your package arrives in your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Order Tracking:
    Tracking will be provided, but may be limited depending on the destination country and local carriers.

These products are made to order and require extra time. Please allow approximately 2 weeks before shipping and tracking details become available.

Need to change your shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us ASAP at Family@TomahawkShades.com. While we can’t guarantee updates once an order is processing, we’ll do our best to assist if the package hasn’t shipped.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.
Please note: tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by USPS.
