Sometimes our most popular styles sell out faster than we can restock (we know… good problem to have). If you placed an order for a backordered item, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
⏳ What Does “Backorder” Mean?
It means the item you ordered is currently out of stock but already on the way to our warehouse.
👉 You’ve successfully secured your pair — now we just need a little extra time to get it to you.
🚚 Processing & Shipping Times
Backordered items require additional processing time before they ship.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for backordered items to ship

Once shipped, delivery times will follow our standard shipping timelines

If your order includes multiple items, we may hold the shipment until everything is ready to go
📦 Split Shipments (Sometimes)
In certain cases, we may ship in-stock items first and send backordered items separately — at no extra cost.
👉 This decision is made on a case-by-case basis depending on inventory and order size.
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
Because backordered items are already in production or transit:
