📦 Backorder Policy

😎 Thanks for Your Patience!

Sometimes our most popular styles sell out faster than we can restock (we know… good problem to have). If you placed an order for a backordered item, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.


⏳ What Does “Backorder” Mean?

It means the item you ordered is currently out of stock but already on the way to our warehouse.

👉 You’ve successfully secured your pair — now we just need a little extra time to get it to you.


🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

Backordered items require additional processing time before they ship.

  • Please allow 2–4 weeks for backordered items to ship

  • Once shipped, delivery times will follow our standard shipping timelines

  • If your order includes multiple items, we may hold the shipment until everything is ready to go


📦 Split Shipments (Sometimes)

In certain cases, we may ship in-stock items first and send backordered items separately — at no extra cost.

👉 This decision is made on a case-by-case basis depending on inventory and order size.


🔄 Changes & Cancellations

Because backordered items are already in production or transit:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed

  • Please double-check your order before completing checkout


⚠️ Delays Can Happen

We do our best to provide accurate timelines, but delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • High demand

  • Supplier or production delays

  • Carrier issues once shipped
