🔁 Returns & Refunds

Need to Start a Return?
No problem — just email us at 📧 Family@TomahawkShades.com with your order number, and we’ll walk you through it.


✅ What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase 📅

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged 🕶️

  • In original packaging and the same condition as received
    🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🚫 What Items Are NOT Returnable

  • 🔒 Limited Edition, Reserve, or Small Batch releases

  • 🌍 International orders

  • 🎯 Orders with major discounts (BOGO, BOGT, 50%+ codes, Black Friday, etc.)

  • 🔁 Items that have already been exchanged (only one exchange per order)


😕 Received the Wrong Item or Something Damaged?

We’ve got you.
Email 📧 Family@TomahawkShades.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
If you received the wrong item, let us know what you received and what was expected — we’ll make it right. 👍


💵 Where’s My Refund?

Once your return arrives at our HQ, we’ll inspect it.
Refunds are processed within up to 30 business days 🕒 after we receive the item.


📦 Package Marked as Delivered, But Not There?

Here’s what to do:

  1. 📬 Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.

  2. 📧 Then, email us at Family@TomahawkShades.com with your order number and a quick summary.

We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with USPS.

⚠️ Note: Once marked as "Delivered," the package is in USPS’s hands — but we’ll work with you to help sort things out.
To begin a return in this situation, we must first locate the package and begin a USPS claim.

All international sales are final.
If something goes wrong, contact us — we’ll do what we can to help. ✈️


🚫 Right of Refusal

Tomahawk Shades LLC reserves the right to decline returns based on:

  • The product condition upon inspection 🔍

  • Discount misuse or ineligible return requests
    All items go through our 5-point quality check before shipment. If a returned item doesn’t pass, we’ll contact you to discuss options.

We also reserve the right to cancel or refund orders made with unauthorized discount codes or pricing errors.
