By February 2020, Chris Hogan's NFL season was over. But for those who have followed Chris Hogan's journey know that he is not the type of person to stop working both on and off the field. Hogan was a lacrosse player at Penn State for 4 years and played one year of football at Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey. After only one season of college football, Chris Hogan made it to the NFL in 2011. Since then he has won two Super Bowls with the New England Patriots and also holds the Patriots record for post-season single-game receiving yards.
Chris Hogan is not only a workhorse on the field but he is an influencer on social media and a successful investor. Hogan has done deals with brands such as Pepsi, Modell's, Bose, the Menlo Club, Blue Apron and countless others. In addition to his endorsement deals, Hogan is an investor in a number of businesses such as Today's Business and the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL). A lot of Hogan's business success can be credited to his marketing manager and business partner, Tom Ottaiano, who is also involved in this partnership.
After coming to the Tomahawk Shades headquarters in Farmingdale, New York and reviewing the products Chris Hogan said, "The quality of the sunglasses is outstanding. Why would anyone pay $200 for Ray-Bans when you can get the same quality at a fraction of the price?" Not only was Hogan impressed by the quality of the product but he felt the passion of our brand and community. Hogan stated, "It's great being around people who are passionate about what they do. I'm excited to be a part of the ride! LFG!"
Here at Tomahawk Shades, we are on a mission to build a community of like-minded people who want to look and feel their best. After meeting with Tom and Chris we knew that they were on a similar mission and would be a perfect addition to the #TomahawkTeam. We are proud to welcome Chris Hogan and Tom Ottaiano as investors in our brand!
